The Parrot House LLC, (seller) warrants that, at the time of sale, the bird(s) are in good health.  BUYER is encouraged to have the bird(s) examined by a QUALIFIED AVIAN VETERINARIAN within 72 hours to verify their health.  If, during this period the bird(s) are diagnosed with a pre-existing condition that is non treatable and seriously affects their health or well-being as determined by the examining veterinarian, then upon verification of this condition to SELLER and upon timely return of the bird(s) by BUYER, SELLER agrees, at our discretion, to either refund the entire purchase price to BUYER, or replace with other bird(s) of the same species and similar age.
 

    In the event BUYER fails to have the bird(s) examined by a QUALIFIED AVIAN VETERINARIAN within 72 hours, then BUYER understands and agrees that the sale is one of "as is" condition.  BUYER understands and agrees that 72 hours, after sale of bird(s), all warranties of health and fitness, whether of implied by law, are hereby expressly and voluntarily waived by BUYER.
 

    In the event the bird(s) die during the 72 hour guarantee period, BUYER must immediately refrigerate (not freeze) the body in a zip lock bag and get it to a QUALIFIED LAB for necropsy (within 12-24 hours if possible) to determine the cause of death.  Refund or replacement, if any will be based on the cause of death determined.  Please call SELLER for veterinarian and lab referrals.

    All sales are final.  No returns or refunds, except as stated above.  While we make every effort to ensure our babies are sweet, lovable and well socialized, there is no guarantee on personality, pet or breeding potential.
